Best / Worst Drivers

Allstate recently released a list of the best and worst cities in terms of how many years the average driver goes between wrecks. I live in Knoxville, TN, which was ranked the 5th best; on average a driver in Knoxville averages 12.3 years between accidents. The worst was Washington, DC - where the average driver has an accident every 5.1 years.
